This cap is in addition to, and shall be read consistently with, the disclaimers and limitations set out in Section 15 above.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any dispute or difference arising between the parties in connection with these Terms, or the interpretation of any provision hereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
